In many wolf or dog roleplays, they have around three main packs, which usually have some overall ethical alignment eg. Good/Light, Neutral and Evil/Dark. Canis Australis has three packs also, but they do not represent any of those. The personality of the pack comes from the three sisters that founded them and their own feelings towards the humans.
Avari;;
Avari was the oldest sister, and the most careful and wary. She was the most level-headed of the three, and believed Man was too much of a threat to her and her followers, and so decided to hide herself away from Man. Thus their territory today is the Forest, where the Avari Pack can hide from any prying eyes
Baruma;;
Baruma was the middle sister, and the most wilful and instinctive.
She was stubborn and fiery, and hated Man for taking part of the sister's lands and destroying it, and so vowed to reclaim their land. Her followers and later descendants watched over the humans, and so knew of their every move. Thus their territory is the great Ridge encircling the valley and Man's domain.
Cyrien;;
Cyrien, the youngest, was the most curious and innovative of the three. She was also innocent and naive, and believed that living alongside Man was the only way to go. She had fallen inn love with one of Man's dogs, and when he abandoned her, pregnant as she was, her sisters cast her out from their land, never to return. So to this day the Cyrien Pack are made up of those who have nowhere else to go, and live on the outskirts of the human town Cyrien once hoped to be a part of.
So before joining any of these packs, think of what they are like, and if your dog is suitable to any of them.
